I see a lot of great content on agency’s web sites, however there is always room to increase the amount of content.

Let’s look at a few examples.

Cruise GeniesThe “Top 10 Reasons to Cruise” is great, but can be expanded upon.
  • Let’s look at the “Dining Experience” and how we can improve it.
    • Add a click through to a page listing some of the great places the agents have dined on various cruise ships.
    • This provides a great opportunity to get clients excited about the possibilities for their own cruise.
  • Let’s look at the “Onboard Entertainment” and see how we can improve it.
    • Add a click through to a page listing some of the great shows available on various cruise ships.
    • These could be grouped by the types of entertainment available (Shows, active entertainment options, family entertainment, etc).
Excellence in TravelThe “EIT Group Specials” area on the home page is great, but can be expanded upon.
  • Add a click through behind “Value Added Amenities” to a page that lists examples of what these amenities could be. Some customers might already know, but for a customer new to cruising this information could help them become more excited about the value of the amenities.
  • What about consortium exclusive offers/amenities? Are you highlighting those?
Travels and Beyond Inc.The “Our Certifications” page is great, but can be enhanced upon.
  • Add a link to the offers available for a given destination. For example, make “Vegas Certified” a clickable link to view the offers for Las Vegas.
  • Add a link to the offers available for a given supplier. For example, make “Brendan Africa Specialist” a clickable link to all the offers for Brendan Vacations that are in Africa
